ORANGE FIELD NATURALIST AND CONSERVATION SOCIETY Inc

The Society meets on the second Thursday of the month for a nature-related presentation by guest speakers (with extensive knowledge in their chosen field). Meetings are held at Nguluway Ngurang Senior Citizens Centre (on opposite side of Woolworths carpark to Harris Farm). Meetings begin at 7.30 pm. Visitors are welcome to attend.

There is a field excursion on the following Sunday, usually to an area of natural habitat or a place of conservation interest. An informative and colourful newsletter is emailed each month. Members are also involved in ad hoc activities and the Society makes submissions on environmental and conservation issues within the Central West.

Membership fees are:

Single member – $25, each additional family member – $5
Concession (emailed newsletters) – $12.50
Concession (posted newsletters) – $25
Note: concession rate is for bona fide pensioners and students only
