Details: In this talk, Andy will give an overview of the complexities of public land management in the United States and dive into the role of non-profit cooperating associations.
Andy led one such cooperating association, Southern Nevada Conservancy during a time of significant growth in demand for the public-facing services these organisations provide.
The talk will also introduce the Public Lands Alliance, a national membership organisation for non-profit partners of public lands working to connect, strengthen and represent the critical work these organisations do.
